MODEL RELEASE - NUDE PHOTOGRAPHY

In exchange for payment via photographic expertise plus agreed fees, a copy of all unedited images on CD and at least ten images to be edited, are to be forwarded to me via email within 10 days of the shoot date, as set out below.

I hereby acknowledge that eRomantica Imagery has the absolute right to use my name / stage name [delete inapplicable] and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, exhibition or publication and any other lawful purposes.

I understand that images maybe forwarded to websites for their consideration, by either party.

I understand that no payment beyond the supply of digital images as outlined above, is due to me as a model by Beau Nestor or eRomantica Imagery.

I understand that copyright remains with the photographer, Beau Nestor of eRomantica Imagery, and that while I am being given the legal right to use these images in perpetuity in digital form for my online portfolio, personal portfolio and to email for the express purpose of obtaining photographic or modeling opportunities, no transfer of ownership of copyright in the images exists.

Wherever possible, I agree to credit the copyright holder on all websites and / or model profiles in the form " Copyright eRomantica Imagery 2011 www.eromantica.com.au "

I understand that no alteration or editing, save resizing of images to a smaller than supplied size, is allowed without the express written permission of the copyright holder.

I understand that I am receiving the royalty free rights to use these images for my own self promotion in exchange for fees paid (or payable) plus my labor and time as a professional model. This does not transfer any rights to the model to print, sell or publish these images in any manner whatsoever.

I understand that as a Nude Model, I have been given the right of deletion of images that may inappropriately depict me in a more sexual manner, or in a more explicit context than was discussed and agreed prior to the photo-shoot.

I have shown my photo ID, and I am over the age of 18 years at the time of the photo-shoot.

PROPERTY RELEASE

I am the owner and/or have the legal authority to execute this release

regarding the property described as:

For valuable consideration received, I give Beau Nestor (“Photographer”) and Photographer’s heirs, legal representatives, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to take and use photographs of the Property taken by the Photographer (“Photographs”) in all forms, media and manners for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. I waive any right to review or approve the Photographs, the use of the Photographs, or the matter that may be used in conjunction with the Photographs now and in the future, regardless of whether that use or matter is known to me. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Photographs. I release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Photographer and Photographer’s heirs, legal representatives, and assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing, or publication of the Photographs. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
